THE
LONGEVITY
SOLUTION

Let food be thy medicine
and medicine thy food
- Hippocrates
Ever wondered if it was possible to eat without worrying about gaining fat?
Have you ever encountered an overweight wild animal or a deer that struggles to run due to excess fat? Have you seen a lion munching on grass or a zebra feasting on meat? Of course not. Lions are instinctive carnores, while deer are natural herbivores. Wild animals follow their instincts; given a choice, a lion will always choose meat, and a zebra will opt for grass. This is their natural diet, shaped by evolution. Each animal on Earth has a specific way of eating that allows it to thrive. At The Longevity Solution, I believe the same principle applies to humans. I advocate for an ideal diet that can enhance our physical and mental well-being. We've also evolved to move—hunting wild animals and foraging for berries and roots. The consequences of neglecting this movement are all around us. We aim to return to the eating and movement patterns that nature intended. It's more about the quality of our food than the quantity. A healthy lifestyle shouldn't be stressful!

Freedom
I believe you shouldn't have to restrict how much and how long you eat. You shouldn't have to rely on eating every of hours to keep your mind and body sharp. You shouldn't have to worry about relying on food performing any physical activity. I wish to be the diet teacher you never had and teach you what to eat not just to survive, but to thrive. You won't have to rely on the 'healthy industry' to find out what's good for your body and mind. Freedom from health issues, medicines, and confusing health is a result of eating the way Mother Nature intended us to eat.
This is not a crash diet that you do for a couple of months and then fall back. This is your journey towards longevity.

Eat to control hormones
"Just eat less and exercise more"—that's what I grew up believing. If losing excess fat were as easy as simply eating less, there wouldn't be so many weight loss tactics available on the internet. Humans evolved in an environment with food scarcity, and our ancestors had to fight for every morsel, often going days at a time without anything to eat. The food we consumed acted as a signal to either save calories for times of scarcity or to use them for bodily functions like building muscle. Our ancestors remained free from the diseases we face today (as evidenced by studies of people who still live in similar ways), stayed lean and strong, and they didn't even know what fat loss was.
We apply the same principles to normalize hormones and help achieve your best health.

Don't have the fear of missing out
One of the reasons many diets fail is that people convince themselves they will be able to enjoy the foods they love. The fear of missing out prevents them from even better options. For those who do check, confusion arises when trying to determine what's healthy and what's not, what is allowed and what isn't.
The good news is, yes! You can enjoy desserts. There are desserts and other foods that still fit within the framework of healthy eating and following the Human Diet—some even better than what you might have had until now. We use nutrition along with behavioral change techniques to make this transition possible and easier to adhere to.
We believe in enjoying the food we eat in all its glory and richness.

Stress management
We live in a world where the stress of being killed by a saber-toothed tiger has been replaced by bills, careers, social status, environmental pollution, and other aspects of our fast-paced lifestyle. Unlike the worry of being attacked by other, which was short-lived, the stressors of our modern lifestyle constantly weigh on us.
Amidst of this, the belief that you need willpower to follow and sustain a fitness lifestyle is not what we need. We use nutrition along with behavioral change techniques to make this transition possible and easier to adhere to. Stress management works best when your mind and body are in optimal condition to begin with.
Remember, we’re not going on a diet; we are trying to correct our lifestyle.

This is how we do it!
